Taking its title from the blockbuster movies of the same name, "Friday The 13th: The Series" forgoes the graphic gore of the films and presents an hour-long thriller in the classic gothic tradition, emphasizing suspense, mystery and adventure.

The series centers on Ryan Dalion (played by John D. LeMay) and Micki Foster (played by Robey), two distant cousins who inherit an antique store from a mysterious uncle. What seems at first to be a fortuitous windfall turns out to be a diabolical curse when the cousins learn that all the items sold in the store were hexed because of a sinister pact their uncle made with the devil. With the help of an eccentric antiques expert Jack Marshak (played by Chris Wiggins), they race against time and fate to retrieve each evil object before it unleashes its deadly force.

Until every article sold can be safely returned to the shop's hidden vault, the curse of "Friday The 13th" will never end.

"Friday The 13th: The Series" is produced by Triumph Entertainment Corporation of Canada in association with Hometown Films, and is distributed by Paramount Domestic Television. Frank Mancuso Jr. is the executive producer, Jon Andersen is supervising producer. The series was created by Larry B. Williams and Frank Mancuso Jr.
